I used to eat like a pig. I was always hungry, even after eating...
Since I've started watching my macros and basically eating clean, my appetite is gone. I stay full all the time. It's hard for me to eat more than 1,500 calories in a day. I guess this isn't a bad thing, since I need to lose weight.

I'm eating:
Brown rice
Chicken breasts
Turkey burgers
eggs
oats
salad

That's it... I mix things up with seasonings and have acquired Walden Farms condiments (delicious). Did your appetites stop being as strong when you started eating healthy?
 
Yes, this is common with a lot people who give up junk food. After a while your body will start craving and NEEDING more food. Congrats on cleaning it up, that's a hard thing to do!
 
Yeah it's hard to get started due to hidden sugars and fats junk food contains that a persons body is used to.. Stick with your plan and it's amazing the energy you lost is now found. Good work bro..
