What do you recommend per day (and in how many doses?)

I've seen many use three doses. They also say it's better to take without eating.

Personally I only like two doseages and I can only take when eating or I tremble too bad.

Well I dont take the aspirin, but I take 25mg/ephedrine and 200mg caffiene 3 times daily with or without food.
