BRO IF YOUVE BEEN USING IT FOR 4 MONTHS NOW AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND YOUR NOT SEEING ANY GAINS OR LOSSES RATHER IN FAT TISSUE , THEN I WOULD NOT BOTHER WITH IT ANY LONGER!
