well alot of you may dissagree on the amount of cardio i do but keep in mind i dont compete. I eat at least 450gs of protein per day complex carbs at at about 100-200g i only have simple carbs after my work out. I cut my carbs after 7pm. I get up @ 4am to pound a protein shake. I only eat organic foods. Meats are fish, hamburger patties of 5% fat and chicken breast once in a while(i am tires of chicken taste dry). Vegies, oatmeal,flaxseed, omega3 gelcaps. Vitamin packs. Vanadil Sulfate. 50g of Glutamine a day. Cheat meal on Sundays(lunch). I run 1-1.5 hours on an emty stomach 5 days week.
what gear am i using? On the first pic i used deca,prop,test E and ECA. I had to cut the eca cause my Bp was going up. For the second pic i used Tren prop and test E and Clen(from MC good shit cause i od on it read my thread!)
Tren shitty first time i think i got a fake. I got another brand and made a world of difference. It will shut you down hard though so USE HCG!! I had no nighmares or acne from it. Only effect i got from it was that i would sweat alot at the gym. thats it. I do not think you need more than 75mg eod that will do you just right imo. One thing i should warn you about when cutting is the mind games you will have to deal with. I would sometimes got to bed at 3am because of the cravings of fat,carbs and sugar. As you start to lean out you will feel skinny as hell your strengh will only remain the same during your cutter after that expect to loose a good amount of it. Your pants and shirts will not fit like they use to. But onece people start to complement you and tell you that you look bigger and leaner your brain will catch up and you will start to enjoy the results of you hard work. Your body will get use to your new clean diet and you will stop to crave junk food. And you will not want to eat shitty anyway because you will love how you look and will think of that when tempted.
