Not looking to do anything too crazy. I’m not a competitor or a pro bodybuilder or anything. I’m just a regular guy who likes to lift 3 or 5 times a week. I alternate 1 week. I’ll go three times a week. The next week I’ll go five times a week. I would like to take something to help boost me along. What do you think about 300 mg of each per week? Do you think this would be a good dosage?
