I've only ordered HGH (somatropin by eurohormones) off the site, and got the gear in pretty decent time. It did not come with the static water though, and ended up having my doc get me a script for it, which was kind of a hassle.

I ordered from them about a year ago and went smooth as can be. The juice was eco oils, which I thought was great quality. They ship from europe, I have since found domestic suppliers, but eurobolic.com is good to go.
