Evacuated again !!!!

Wellmy friends, here we are running away again for second time in less than 15 days.
This Huracaine Ike is Huge and is causing a lot of damage. I already got to Misissippi after 8 hours of driving, we boarded the house and hopefully we wont get floads becouse we are in the highest side of the town, lets see??

This looks very bad, i have hear the port arthur area will take years to recover, i work at the World Gym in Beaumont Tx, the weather channel says we will have 15 to 20 inches of water in the area.

Lets see, i just wish the best for everyone and nothing happen to you and your homes...Please be safe and dont be a hard head staying becouse this is huge this time.

glad to see you were very smart and got out of the area ahead of time Bigheinz, i've been watching the weather channel almost all day... the coast guard couldnt rescue the 22 people on that 500 something foot shit out that way, this huricane is gonna change alot of peoples lives and not for the better... lots of prayers going out to those in the path of this beast called "IKE"

Bro I am watching closely myself. My brother is stuck in South West La and in the edge of the eye. He works for Conoco and could not leave because they made him work and by the time he was off the weather was already there. My mom lives south of me and has had tornadoes around her house as well. We are expected to get the bad stuff tomorrow night. My poor son is excited because he is suppose to be watching Lsu tomorrow in Baton Rouge and meeting one of their running backs. He got invited with a friend, but who knows what is going to happen there. Heinz be safe.

It is suppose to get ugly for me tomorrow night. I am 70 miles from Shreveport and it is expected to get pummeled tomorrow night. 2 hurricanes in 10 days for us.

theres something about storms that give me a that adrenilin high! the smell of the air the feeling of the moisture on my skin the sound of the thunder it does something to me. Hope you are well Heinz. My brother made it through. He said the wind sounded like it was peeling his roof off. The water levels are horrible in Lake Charles so I am guessing Beaumont is bad as well. I know they are close. My mom had tornadoes hit within 4 miles of her house and destroy 10-15 houses. It is strange to hear the weather channel talking about your hometown that has just a few people in it.
