Egg timer, alter more than hour when upsidedown
Well chaps, at 48 and having no bodybuilding statues (in any dept.), I am past it, so, who the hell am I to talk. Both valid responses. Since watching Bruce Lee when I was 20, I have necessarily had a wide variety of disciplines. Power lifting, probably the most yang,Tai Chi Chuan, the most yin. Yet they of course like the converses of each other, they suprisingly overide, with many ways. I know you all know the various combinations of 8-6-4 etc. but their is more to muscle and bone, than strength or bulk alone. In fact, here can lie its inherent weakness. A bodybuilder does chi kung moves probably unknowingly, to some extent, (with its little appreciation, for possibly, the great strength, it holds). There are 1000's of chi kung exercises and with a little research and experimentation, can reduce this to just a few, yet not depleting the 1000's of finer points (It is a life -time of work (or why begin), which powersports can be, if you allow the mind to grow with the body. Start training (LIGHTLY) like an insect. Move as you percieve it would move -watch them. If you open yourself to the World, the World opens itself, to you. It will ALWAYS be a teacher. Don't expect a body at 50 when you were 20 (you should have progressed 30 years)Do not relate size = power, does not the female mantis always overcome. BE ALIVE. POWER COMES IN A MYRIAD OF FORMS. Ego is our greatest enemy. Don't think it, BE IT.(FEEL).
