I just got my IGF-1 in the mail the other day (of course from the store here) and I'm itching to get started on it. I've only heard the best results from other people and I am figuring out how to implement it into a cycle as we speak. I plan on starting maybe at the beginning of the month so we'll see. If you've used it before, what were your gains like and at what dosage?

you will be fine with anywhere from 30-50mcgs daily bro and see the results from that dose easily. I personaly and do take it preworkout and then I carbup on oatmeal, about 3-4 packs of apples & Cinnamon oatmeal, I do all this about 45-60 minutes prior to the workout

MC IGF is the shit! I started at 50mcg pre w/o when I first started and it was the catalyst to amazing transformations in my physique. Don't be afraid to eat on that shit! I find while using IGF I'm able to eat more, pack on muscle and still stay lean

Yeah I eat with it, generaly right after I apply to the muscle
