In the past 2 weeks I had my account instantly suspended for 3 days at a time...For listing ProHormones. Mind you there are hundreds, maybe thousands of items as such...So I called and spoke to them, as a long time member I have the ability to have phone contact with them...
So after blasting them on the phone for 20 minutes..I got a supervisor who said that the Government is regulating their sales and that ProHormones are prohibited, and classified as "controlled substances". Anything that "increases testosterone" according to them the Government is forcing them to eliminate.
So I asked them if they planned to prohibit DAA and ZMA for that matter, and she was like, "what's that". The funniest part is that while under suspension my auctions are still active and I have sold more under suspension then when active, paid and shipped, etc...
I literally ended the call and told them to tell their supervisor I said, "F u ebay" and I am going to Amazon. Told them to stop policing me with their morals. Granted the PH's are borderline for sure, but how is it our Gov't once again can extend it's reach to a private organization as such?? There is no legislation that has made them illegal. Even with Paypal you cannot buy certain Bodybuilding supplements.
I also told her I paid for a Backpage.com hooker with my paypal account (which is not true) but I can't buy a ProHormone and she said, "well you raise a good point"...LMAO
