ive heard many people say that Training legs encourages the growth of the rest of your body.
Something to do with blood flow or release of hormones after training such a large muscle group.
yet i see so many guys in my gym with an upper body of an OX with legs of a chicken.. makes me wonder how much bigger would they b if they trained legs. (that is if the myth is actually fact)
