i know many dont use t3 or t3/clen but those that do when do you normally bring it into your cycle ? at what week mark? or for those that use eca's, dnp, or whatever your do use. i'd like to hear what and the timeframe for those that will share
im about to start now, im very sensitive to clen. . i was going to start 20mcgs a day and go up 20 a day but wont be able to stand much more than 80 i dont believe, then 25 mcgs a wk on t3 first week, . . what you think bro?
would not jump 20mcgs up a day! Damn son, give it a chance to work. Do not depend on clen and t3 to get rid of your Fat and think you will get ripped off of it. Use to much and you will wind up looking like shit. Just let them be there to asit you with the diet and cardio. Would up it about every 3 weeks.
lol. . i was going to start 20 then 40 then 60 etc til i felt i was too jittery ,then stay there 2 weeks on two weeks off. but hey, im listening hahaha. i know what you mean tho if my cardio is not up enough or diet spot on still pissin in the wind and muscle losing
I use clen and t3 starting at eight weeks out. I do two days on two days off on the clen for the first 4 weeks, then everyday twice a day the last 4 weeks. I go pretty high with the clen but it takes me time to get there. I start slowly and work my way up, by then I am not sleeping too much. I agree however that if your diet and your cardio are not sound and you depend on those things to bring you in you will fail. They do assist and work amazing with everything else in place.
