Fathers day gift

I really love my wife, she means well. She gave me a huge starbucks gift card, as I am a coffee addict. I would have loved this gift before starting my training, however, now all I can think about is how many calories are in a single cup. I still haven't used the damn thing.


Edit: By the way, I can buy lots more supplements without spending 5$-8$ on a cup of coffe a few times a week. Crazy how that adds up.

Thanks for supporting Wa state bro.. Howard Schultz must have a Starbucks every block here in Seattle .. Im not too fond of it .. too bitter and burnt taste ..super redic costs per cup.. Try a tully or stumptown roaster java.. Guess they are better ..

Here's a way to utilize the gift card and make it useful for your training....Pre-workout, go get a double shot of espresso.

I always get a regular coffee. Just use splenda and non-fat creamer to keep the calories low.
