I dunno about the nutritional breakdown, but lately I have followed every workout with a Pro Complex shake with whole milk and a scoop or two of ice cream, 45 mins later I'll have beef roast, baked potato with real butter, and about 16 oz of milk (sometimes I'll throw a scoop of peanut butter in for dessert); I also take my assortment of vitamins at this time. As far as cutting goes, I think I'll always be a fatboy!!
