I saw a bunch of high school kids in the gym over the past week and everytime I see them they are benching, curling or doing skull crushers. I've never seen any of them do a dumbbell row, barbell squat, military press or anything of the sort. I know high school kids that aren't familiar with bodybuilding only care about arms and chest, but if you could only train one muscle, what would it be? I used to love to train legs, but now I'm on a big kick about getting my back wider. I love training back and look forward to it every week.

If I could only train 1 bodypart it would be legs. I've seen guys that train pretty much nothing but legs and the rest of the body seems to thicken and develop in relation to their legs. As far as a favorite it's simply what is lacking the most, so it is chest and calves.

plenty stick legs around the gym I train. They do curls and chest not knowing it's the tricep that fills up your t shirt and 75% of your arm.

I would say back also or chest. I don't like doing legs, but once I get into working sets I start getting the endorphins released that natural high kicks in and I love the feeling after.

That's exactly why I used to love training them, I always felt great. The fact that most of the time I couldn't walk right or sit down correctly the next 2 days sucked, but at least I knew it was worth it

back for sure. Its my best bodypart and my whole body gets a pump when I train back. And i usually stick with cable exercises. I cant do deads or barbell rows because of my knee so i stick with

pullups
underhand pulldowns
wide grip handle pulldowns
single arm cable rows
t bar overhands

nothing fancy
