Yeah, I hear ya. My fave is IGF, but OTC I really love NO Shotgun. It gives great pumps. A few times my wife drug me into the bedroom after I'd taken it, but before the gym and even THAT was bigger. :)

No Xplod! Can't get enough of that stuff and I dont think I could handle the "normal" pump you get when you don't take it pwo

I think my muscles would explode if I used a NO booster with IGF!

I love the new formula of Xtend, the blue raspberry is fucking awesome. It's something I could drink literally all day long

Xtend ? What is this? I never used

It's a BCAA product made by Scivation. I personally prefer Chained Out but it's so expensive. I just use them when I'm dieting.
Off season I love IGF, M1T (if those count) ephedrine, and that Razor8 stuff.

I loved Chained Out. Although it was a BCAA supplement I felt better on it and had more energy and better pumps. Extend is a good product, but I thought Chained Out was much better much quite a bit more expensive.

other than the staples like BCAA's (especially luecine) protien, creatine, and fish oil, I think one of the most useful supplements I take is ALA, followed by probably tocotrienols and liver care stuff like liv-52 and NAC ... and an ECA stack ... does Bronkaid count as OTC?

I use BCAA, creatine and vitamins but that's it. I think OTC supps are a waste of money. I'd rather put that money towards more food and/or more gear.

Hey guys,

Longtime lurker (as you can see from my post count and date joined). I've been lifting off and on. I am getting back into lifting seriously again, but there seems to be a plethora of products on the market. It's hard to make heads or tails of it all. I'd start a new topic for this too if I could, but I don't have the permission or I can't find the page.

Anyhow, just getting back into lifting what are some essential supps you recommend? I may hit the IGF post-summer, but for now I am looking for OTC supps. There's like 5 creatines now.. monohydrate, malate, ethyl ester...

Top 5 Supps / Brands I should get to make some big gains over the next 4 months. Shoot. =)
