Today was leg day for me and I hit two personal bests which I am very happy about. I was able to squat 415 for 3 reps for the first time ever and on the leg press I hit 1195 for 4 reps. I feel very accomplished with my lifting and look forward to growing and increasing strength. Three days ago I also hit my old record on the bench with 365 which I lost after a bad semester last year but now bounced back. My dead is stuck at 405, hopefully I can get that up within the next month or so.
