Figuring out proper TRT dosage

I'm looking for advice on using a proper TRT dosage. I'm 48 years old. I recently got my testosterone levels checked and they're sort of low. What would be a good TRT dosage that I should try? I'm suffering from things like low libido and no energy.

I think that you should do it the safe route: 150 mg a week. That would work perfectly well for most people.

A lot of people need to run testosterone higher. They just don't metabolize the gear the same way as others.

Bros, anywhere from 100 to 200 mg a week is perfectly fine. You can definitely get your blood work done, though, and see where your levels are at.

Keep in mind, if you run testosterone too high you will need an AI because you'll get estrogen issues and that can cause lots of side effects.
