just got back from first day of dc just did the examples. my ass is kicked. took me a little bit to get through it because i would do the lift then read how to do the stretch,and let me tell u these stretchs r the shit. how long does it take u bros to get through the work outs? took me 1.5 hour,s,but like i said i read and re read everything.
 
Once you get the hang of it, you should be able to cut down to around an hour.
 
yeah i havent been in the gym for just weights in over an hour cept for leg day in over a year. Bout 50 minutes and im out.
 
About an hour is usually what people say... Another thing to watch out for on some of the stretches is that over time if you push too hard on some of the stretches and your form isn't right on you can do some serious damage... don't rush, stay focused etc. After awhile you can really learn how to apply some serious leverage to certain muscles i.e.- biceps, and stretch them too far. If you are not careful you can end up with some serious joint pain etc. Happened to me in 04' and I ended up with some serious elbow problems.
