Okay so I am not gaining weight now... In fact I have dropped a couple lbs?! My intake is above maintenance and the only thing I've changed is adding shortcut to size routine which I'm really liking.. I am using exemestane 12.5 mg ed cause I was having some bad bloat initially perhaps I should lower this? I appear leaner of course this has only been a couple weeks so maybe I'm getting my head all mixed up and I just need to eat more than I was thinking...
I'm not sure if this is your first injection cycle, but if it is, you'll realize if you haven't already that the orals will ALWAYS be stronger, harsher, and have you looking and feeling more on than injectibles. Minus super high dosages and tren this is almost always the case. Also, stop weighing yourself. That's a great way to get fat. Don't count calories either. Listen to your body. Get carbs when you feel depleted and otherwise eat fats and protein. Keep the protein at least 100 grams over your bw. Your body wants homeostasis - you have to eat lots of food - carbs specifically to "bulk" naturally - you don't on gear. Save all that shit for when you come off if even then. Your lean tissue gains will be only marginally better if that by doing the calorie counting, watching the scale thing. In fact you need less carbs on gear because a major function of AAS is throwing even more glycogen in the muscles than normal. The whole great pump thing on gear doesn't just happen magically.
 
Your a good man sir! I don't think you could have said it any more clearly and well put... I will definitely take that and make good use. I am for sure leaning out, feel great and loving the cycle so far. I was actually considering exactly what you said about the orals. I always see guys saying gains around the same sometimes in comparison to longer injectable runs. Makes complete sense. The mirror is showing slow steady results tho and I can tell good things are in the making :show: only 3 weeks in so far. Workouts have been excellent and pumps are great, IGF DES is a huge pump stimulator.. switching to igf lr3 now at 50mcg daily may up it.. but all is good. I like looking at the scale a bit cause while I look in the mirror and seem leaner the scale says I'm in fact heavier! Just a neat thing in my opinion. But so far so good!! bloat is gone and I've been using hawthorne berry pills as I read that a mild ace inhibitor may help with the bloat caused deca... this is NPP but whether or not it is contributing to the lack of bloat is beyond me... I will say tho that ever since I started taking it 3x a day the bloat is gone completely. :thumbsup: Either way hawthorne I feel is good to take regardless...
