i’ve been into training for roughly 10 years, i started off as the fat kid who wanted to be massive. ive put in the work through training and diet to currently be on the road to competing with the goal of turning pro. i’ve learned a ton over the years and hope to continue to grow mentally and physically with the help and guidance of my new family at USP.



current training split-

shoulders/ chest/ triceps

legs/ abs

back/ biceps

25-35 minutes of cardio daily

rest- repeat

carb- 300

protien- 300
