Bump, nothing anymore is secure and secret. Secondly, DIET is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body so get that right before you think about taking any supps and also make sure your body has reached its limit in term of potential.

Def post your diet and let us take a look at it

List your diet and let us see if your diet is lacking. What type of sport are you taking about?
As far as boards being secret- nothing is secret- everything is trackable.

Sorry for having 2 thread with you.

I read on here about writing down what I eat.

I need to do this for a week and post for your advice. I dont even know what I have eaten at the end of the week but I eat a ton of quality food. I am at a big program and I have an all you can eat training buffet. And it is quality food with total variety and it is suppose to be Athletic type foods. We have pastas, different meats vegatables I have at least 40 item to choose.

One problem bodybuilders dont have is I run about 5 miles per day in short sprits type runs playing soccer so I burn alot also I am not in the weight room as much as bodybuilders but I go as much as I can and lift heavy low reps. We have weight strenght coaches who work with us almost one on one but not to much about diet and not AS of course

. I have learned from reading here that you bodybuilders know more about diet than typical athletes/ coaches because they only need to consume calories without so much regard to fat content or definition. Football guys dont worry about fat and looks of the muscles as much as strenght. And although I am looking forward to looking better at the beach mainly I need to be stronger because I am small. 5-10 and 145. I dont care about difintion just strenght and weight. It is hard for me to keep a 180-190 lb guy from pushing me off the ball and vise versus.

I am a pro prospect within 2 years so to a much lesser degree $$$ it is like the baseball player 35 homeruns is better than 20 per year. I am successful at my weight but if I could plan to do the right things to gain 10 lbs per year for 3 years. That would be perfect. It does not have to be overnight.

So I will start with diet written down and post next week and I apprecaiate all your help.
