I just read the thread on what guys eat for breakfast and I started to wonder how much everyone spends on food weekly or monthly?
 
Have no clue and dont wanna know...LOL !!!

actully right now I guess if you want figure up 6 meals of 8oz. of 97% lean ground beef, and 1 cup of brown rice every day

thats what im eating right now...
 
right now cutting its not terrible probably 75 or so a week, come january or so that will probably go up to about 125 or higher
 
$70-$90...

I try to buy whatever I can at Walmart to save $$$: oats, eggs (1.5 dozen for $1.88!!!!!), frozen chicken (sometimes), brown rice, water, milk, whole wheat bread, frozen veggies, part-skim mozzarella sticks, etc.

Fresh fruits/veggies, greek yogurt and meat are the only things I usually buy at the grocery store these days. Makes a BIG difference!
 
I would say around 50 while cutting because I drink half of my nutrition. Bulking is super expensive though. I tend to buy things like precooked tyson chicken breast strips and eat soft tacos from them four or five days a week. I just can't do bland chicken breast alone. I use habanero jack and low carb torillas and Im good to go. I can't spend tons of money with two kids and after my wife changed jobs our money is somewhat tight now.
 
Damn you guys spend a lot on food.....Thank God for college cafeterias lol I take a glad bag and bring back like 20 chicken breasts at least twice a week and just keep em in containers; do the same for rice and potatoes whatever carb source their serving that day lol. The only thing I buy is breakfast which are 5 dozen boxes of eggs, oatmeal and raisins.....
