Great work man. How did you go from 260 to 230 so fast? All that basketball huh. Your traps look big bro thats something to build on, you got a great base. Now you got some work ahead.

You can never play enough basketball bro...lol Do what you like, I know you have to take a little here to gain a little more there, but don't give it up completely!!! It's great cardio, even if trying to bulk, play a couple of times a week, HAVE FUN, you're young!!!

Man i was playing 3 hours a day. I would play everyday, till I got sick. I think i could walk on the basketball team here. But i was playing ball everyday, and only lifting 2 days a week, this was after i came off my celltech, due to a shoulder injury. So i am trying to rededacte my lifting life.

I like dumbell fly's on a bench. It tears mine the hell up.
 
You've got some good traps going on too, just don't neglect the shoulders now and you're happening.
 
Looks like a nice base and you're still young with tons of time. I would work on the chest and shoulders the most... keep up the good work, bro.
