Ok back like 2-3 years ago when I was like in the say 7th grade since im in 10th now. I had a single hand grip thing that was 5lbs which is not much at all. But I would squeeze it all the time as much as I could. I got to the point where I would squeeze till the bars on the top got red hot and have to come back like an hour later to squeeze it with my other hand.
Well I have gotten alot of great advice on this forum so far. So what is everybodies opinions on handgrips? Since 5lb is not much at all for handgrips. What is the routine I should use for it? because I used to squeeze like almost everyday or everyday till I couldnt squeeze anymore . I would do this like close to 5 times a day and my forearms got huge. They have shrank a little bit but still huge considering I havent used handgrips in 2-3 years.
So what im basically asking is that since 5lb grips are really light weight training what should be the routine I do for it? every Monday , Wednesday , and Friday? Or what should I do because just 1 or 2 a week until I can not squeeze anymore doesnt seem like enough. Because I would do alot more than that before and got HUGE RESULTS.
