Its Fri. nt and a off nite for me (from working out) I usually do the gym or
some kind of cardio all the other days. Its nice to have a off night so I can
hit if hard Sat.morn. I plan to sit on my ass (probably aint shit on TV)
and I think I'll get a xtra large pizza. Nice to spoil yourself once in a while!
(if my kids think they are getting some of that pizza they go another thing
comming - lol)
