I was talking with a coworker at work yesterday and the topic of working out came up he said something about arnold and franco and how they did all this cardio blah,blah, anyways i told him they got that that big from using roids and you would of thought i just shoved his mom in front of a moving truck, he couln't believe any pro bodybuilders use roids he thinks they eat alot and work out 3-4 hrs aday,
