hell yeah, either one,i love that shit. lol,
My understanding is that GABA does not cross the blood brain barrier. It has to be "created" in the brain, OR delivered. I have actually tried injecting it both subcutaneous and IV (BTW DONT TRY I.V.! ..YIKES, almost died that day, 10 seconds of terror, and that was from 1 miniscule drop). The subcutaneous inject gave nicin type tingle/your legs fell slightly asleep feel. I did it just to see what it was like. Im a bit of a dare devil in that sense. stupidity basically. lol
So as for the "delivered" past the blood brain barrier, I have read that a form of GABA bound to Niacin will cross the blood brain barrier. Its called Picmilon (or something close). I havent gotten around to trying it, But I plan to soon.
I would imagine that there is an interesting niche in the market for these types of gaba preparations (assuming it works),
I also have read about certain amino acid preparations (amino-phenyl-buturic acid for example, and there are a few others too)that DO cross the blood brain and are converted to GABA and or have 'gaba like' effects.
I would imagine these too would have the withdrawl symptoms similar to GHB or GBL etc when over used or used incorrectly... hopefully, Just to a lesser degree maybe? due to the lessened initial effect. also minus the accidental death overdose for the ones that are converted as opposed to those with direct gaba receptor action. that's total speculation though, it could be way worse for all i know.
