you serious? wait its logical, i guess, you got to work ong the leg so the leg can support more weight is going to build up on your upper body thats what you mean right?
partly but working legs will increase your overall weight and doing squats and deadlifts will help raise your testosterone levels and help you grow. Nothing taxes the Central Nervous System like heavy squats do and you'll grow like a weed with them
