Just a quick intro today wont keep ya long, just got back into the gym after a long while out due to injury and work, been back at it for 7 weeks now and came across this gem of a website I'm enjoying all the post a lot of
information, I'll be rummaging through this mass of info and be using what I find what works best for me to tweak my diet and training would like to get on a cycle in a few months time got the gear lined up, this will be my second cycle just want to do a little more research and grab whatever else I need clean my diet up and to prepare myself and get myself in the right mindset as there are many people who I see who use and abuse and take it too lightly, anyway that's enough of a rant from me. I'm 5"10 220 pounds 24 % BF, will put up a few photos this week sometime.

Time to step my game up.
