HGH is commonly used by athletes, bodybuilders and aging adults for its ability to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, as well as for its purported potential to improve athletic performance and reverse the effect of aging in adults by replenishing declining HGH levels and reversing age-related body deterioration.

When used for physique or performance enhancement purposes, HGH is administered by subcutaneous (or intramuscular) injection.

It is usually administered before bedtime. However, studies suggest that Growth Hormone is most effective when administered twice daily.

Therefore, it is often best to divide the total daily dose into two applications, one in the morning and one in the evening.

2-3 IU – Recommended dosage for anti-aging effects and improvement of skin, bones and joints.

Low doses of less than 3 IU can produce the desired anti-aging effects with little or no side effects. With 2 to 3 IU, users may notice a gradual improvement in their skin. They will also benefit from better sleep and increased energy.

4-8 IU – Recommended dosage of HGH for fat loss and muscle mass development. With these higher doses, the risk of side effects increases.

Users may experience mild swelling in the fingertips, toes and face due to increased water retention. A rare side effect of HGH at this dosage is carpal tunnel syndrome, in which a painful tingling sensation occurs in the wrist and hands, which can sometimes be difficult to tolerate but is usually transient.

8-15 IU – Recommended for muscle mass gain in bodybuilders and elite athletes. Suggested doses apply to all, but effectiveness depends primarily on each individual’s diet and exercise program.

3 IU and less: Injection once a day

4 IU and more: Injection twice a day. Be sure not to inject the second dose before going to sleep.

When you sleep, your body naturally secretes its own natural HGH and acts as the third dose.

Injection (ED – every day) every day – Most commonly used and recommended.

Short cycle: 1-2 months. Recommended duration to improve cartilage and skin condition; heal joint trauma. Cycle is repeated at least twice a year to achieve significant results.

Optimal cycle: 3-4 months. It is recommended to repeat the 3-4 month cycle once or twice a year.
