starting to get a little frustrated cant get no one to answer my emails. got an email saying that my order was partialy sent then got another email stateing my order was sent. my acount there is only showing patialy sent, and cant get no one to answer me. i know that they are good with customers so i am wondering what is up?

they are real slow to respond to emails/tickets. but you will get a respose. took them almost a week to respond to me.
if it was only partially sent, then the rest is probably out of stock. Even if it was in stock when you ordered it, it may have fallen out of stock between then an the ship time.

There new products being release tomorrow... just be patient with the ticket guys. Low product volume has increased the tickets. Also, its didn't help that they where short handed either.

I have got most of my last, but it was partial shipment. I am waiting on a few more things, but I must say it was packed well and came in a timely manner.

They have always been outstanding in service for me.
Looks like my deca got highjacked. It was suppose to be here the 14th. I'd say things aren't looking good at the customs department.
