I am happy to say that Genx took care of me! I know most of you on here know my ordeal with them and the Axio line and all the problems I was having like some of you were. I finally got a rep from them to look into my problems and he went above and beyond what I had thought or even expected them to do to make things right for me as a customer!!! I still wont say anything for Axio because I have moved to all Syntrop, and Syntrop looks good and professional. But I can say I will be a customer of Genx for a long time now. Thats really all I can say but believe me they are top notch in my book now!!! Thanks
