My favorite questions that I get asked are always about leaning out/loosing weight. The question always starts the same, I'm wanting to lean out for whatever reason and is there anything I can take to lose weight????? Nothing tickles me more than whenI tell them that it doesn't matter what you take if your diet isn't in check. Then it's always the same reply, It's just to hard to eat right. Really???? No, it isn't. I heard a trainer at the Y the otehr day telling one of his clients what they should really be eating esp for Bfast, and the client actualy said but I;m still gna eat my hy-vee dohnuts every saturday morning though cause they are so good. He quickly then said well that why your ass isn't where you want it to be then. I laughed my ass off. It really is hard for people to understand that diet and cardio are the 2 main keys to weight loss. Everyone wants the easy way, but sorry, there is no easy way.

Bro its funny you posted this, I have a weight loss program in my gym and they actually advertise EASY workouts and claim ITS NOT ABOUT THE FOOD, in fact they clain only 15% of the progress is about the food. The food claim is actually written on thier wall at thier corporate HQ's. This is the biggest line of BS since Bernie Madoff wanted to sell beach front investments in Phoenix

They obviuosly are appealing to the lazy general publics never ending quest to find the easy way. But us veterans know better. YOU CANT SHIT THE SHERRIFF

My answer is always the same. Put on muscle. No one wants to hear that they would have to put real effort into it, so they leave me alone after that.

You can't argue with people and they'll never understand that eating MORE frequently will actually help them lose weight. People think starving themselves is a better way to lose weight which is the dumbest thing they could do

this year i actually put some effort in my diet and cardio for the first time in 10 years, i lost atleast 15 lbs of fat in 3 months. i never really had problem with fast food, soda or sweets. scratch that until i found casein protien i would wake up in middle of the night and eat half a bag of oreo's
