yeah definately helped! Im gonna run IGF @ 60 mcg ed also. Are you splitting it in 2, 30 mcg pins, or just one?? And yeah, i'll have to bite the bullet and pin it twice......lol
I take the IGF only once in the morning...Right when I get up, then take my GHRP and CJC after doing cardio in the morning...So it goes like this----
6 am - Get up take IGF
615 am - 30 mins of light cardio (walk outside now)
7 am - Take peptides (GHRP and CJC)
7 15 am - eat meal number one
