I’m looking to use ghrp-6 for anti-aging benefits as I approach 55 years old
I’m currently 53 years old. And I am around 180 lbs and I’m around 6 ft tall. I’m not the most athletic person, but I would like to get benefits. How much should I be running of this stuff? Is it something where I have to run it twice a day at 100 mcg? Or should I just run 200 mcg before I eat?
