I have been out of the gym on and off for the past year or so; something would come up whether it was work or other shit! I'm back in the game now and eating like crazy; also about to kick off a test, dbol, deca cycle in the next few weeks. I am setting preparation by filling my freezer, getting my supplements ready, getting use to a regular cardio routine. This time, I'm keeping a bible. I use to make fun for the people that would bring a note book to the gym, now I realize that I wasn't making the gains that I wanted. It time to keep track guys! Plus I am happy to be back on this board!:thumbsup:
