I wear straps, as I frequently rep out with well over 500 pounds deadlifting. I just can't see not using them as my back and hamstrings can last way longer than my forearms......
Damn right I use them. Especially for all of the peoples sweaty hands have been on them. The last thing I need is to be sick with the flu and be out of the gym for a couple of weeks.
I wear gloves and a belt on back days ..
I like my wife's chest and if I want to continue to enjoy those puppies.. I will continue to wear gloves...
38 to 40 DD.... So I don't mind a bit!
