You can show me as many studies as your want bashing glutamine and saying it doesn't work but it works wonders for me, sometimes you just gotta with experience in the trenches. And bodybuilders are definitely the ones to ask if a supplement/drug works, lol. I find i get huge pumps, i sleep better, I recover better and I look fuller on glutamine, that right their is enough for me to keep on using the stuff. But just for arguments sake take a look at the studies done for CLA their are just as many saying it doesn't work as their are ones that say it does, but people still use it and are experiences fatloss, which isn't supposed to happen if you follow some of these studies.
