Well a couple years back I did p90 and insanity and got pretty shredded. Now I do absolutely no cardio and ive been out the weight room for a month from elbow problems. So I broke down and order T25 which is supposed to be a shorter version of insanity. I know I know everyone here hates those workout things but my fat ass has to do something while I can't go to the gym because of my elbows. So instead of bulking this season im going to try to lose a few pounds. My plan is to do it in the a.m. before work and as soon as the elbows get better I will be lifting in the evenings.
