i would use an eca stack 3 times a day bro 25-50mg ephedrine, 300 asparin and 400-600 caffiene, thats what i do starting about 2-3 months out from a show along with alot of cardio via the bike not a treadmil or elyptical as i think the bike is best for minamal muscle loss and less impact
also drop your carbs down to about 75-100 a day then keep dropping them all the way down to say 30 and keep the fat under 30 grams as well and keep protien high at 2 grams per lb of bodyweight, works for me anyhow,lol
