Yeah I got over chrome quick. The forged Centerlines I had on my turbocharged Tahoe were plain polished aluminum with no clearcoat. It took 3 hours to polish the 4 wheels but when they were done they SMOKED chrome! They looked like white gold! I still wish I had that thing, but it was weeks away from needing a new transmission and rear. CH3N02 helped me get the 6.0 we put in it out of the back of it from the freight place. Taking it out was when I tore my bicep. Had a shop in Tampa install the motor and turbo system. Low boost made 781rwhp on 8 or 9lbs with meth. We knew it would brake 1000rwhp, but I just got sick of the massive costs. I basically gave it away with the 5.3 and a T trim blower. It had an Escalade interior and Denali exterior. HID lights, custom front mount intercooler, meth system, cam, heads..... Ugh. It sounded like a jet engine from 3 blocks away. I would race up to people doing 25 in a 45 then take my foot off the gas. The blowoff valve was so loud that they would jump and swerve. Pretty reckless now that I think about it. I was a punk.
