Got my order

Ok, it's been awhile but here's my update. I saw the company doc 9/18 and he gave me a shot in the elbow. Hurt like heck for 3 days, then gradually subsided. It's been 5 weeks and I'm totally pain free. I guess that anti-inflammatory helped my "whatever" heal up. I took it very easy that entire time. I only hope it never comes back.

damn right, I've had a torn bicep before and that was nothing compare to the pain of tennis elbow :curse:
everything from the shoulder down to the wrist was in fuckin agony

yeah, cortisol shot. My arm ached in less than an hour and felt like shit for another 2-3 days. Feels good now, I'm about to get it on!
