You need to get some albacore tuna. Safeway/Albertsons type grocery stores usually have a brand on sale for a buck a can. Costco is cheaper.
You're going to need some boneless, skinless chichen breats (frozen). These are so clutch!!!
Ground beef like a mofo.
Get some ground suasage too so you can make meatloaf.
If you can find some lunch meats at a good price, go for it. I'm not talking that terrible processed shit either. Try to stay away from the bolonga too. Ham, turkey, roast beef are my favorites.
Eggs. They're so cheap and oh so clutch. Get a bunch of them, you go through them quickly.
Fat free milk, a couple gallons. Why not add 20 grams of protein to each shake?
If you can find any deals on steaks or fish, go for it.
A thing or two of the double stuffed oreos. Maybe some Mothers cookie parade cookies too.
You may need bread. I usually eat muy lunch meats plain, but most prefer some bread. Bread is bread, white, wheat, who gives?
Get some juice. Don't go overboard with it, just a little. So you can have some for breakfast or post workout. Orange and grape are my favorites.
Bananas are clutch too.
Get some potatoes, they're cheap and they're handy.
Those frozen hamburger patties really come through. Matter of fact, I'm making 4 of them as we speak.
If you have any money left over get a snickers at the checkout line.
