Gyno Knots Won't Go Away

Hey Guys, I have a pair of gyno knots that just won't go away. I was running a pretty modest cycle of Anadrol and Sustanon and about a month into it, I had these two jelly bean size knots pop up. I started taking NolvaBloat, which helped, and I ended the cycle. I've used a full bottle of NolvaBloat now for the past month and they are about pea sized, but won't go away. Is there something else I should do?

I'm wanting to go back on cycle, but am afraid it will just blow these knots up again.

The only thing that I would know of from that point is raloxifene. Lots of success seen with that.

If they are still soft letro procedure

How'd you feel while taking it? I heard it was pretty shitty.

Four options:

1. Alot of guys have success with a nolva + dostinex protocol for a month.
2. Letro - I guarantee this will get rid of them, BUT that stuff is absolute poison. Expect lifts to go down, sex drive to tank, potential injuries, and to feel awful. I went this route and got rid of gyno, but tore my tricep tendon benching 175 in warmups. I'd rather have the gyno than the torn tendon, because I haven't been able to train chest or tris or do over head shoulder press for months now.
3. Surgery - This is expensive, but some docs will put it on insurance and you won't have to play chemist with your body with all these ai's, serms, or the DA.
4. Run your next cycle and try to keep them the same size.

TBH IDK what I'd do - all the options suck. I was presented with this choice months ago and chose option 2. If I had to do it over again, I'd probably go with option 2 and train no compound lifts and just do machines or 20 reps sets with free weights. I'd also diet during this period to take advantage of the fat burning properties of low estrogen and bc your going to be weak as hell anyway. I messed up by still trying to train moderately heavy.

and with letro you might only have to take a couple weeks at most a month. being the summer time you could focus on getting very cut. I also injured my shoulder while on letro and I wasn't training hard it just sucks everything out of you but it does work. being that yours is small I wouldn't do the 2.5mg a day like most suggest id work up to 1.25mg and start out with .4mg for a few days up to .8mg a few days then do the 1.25mg a few days and within 10 days it could be gone just taper back down the sides wont be as harsh and should still get the job done. that's how my friend done it when nolva didn't work

If injury is a possibility, then that option is definitely out for now. I'm playing softball and also doing firefighter academy, so I'm definitely an injury risk already.

This exactly!

It also depends how long you run your letro and that's based on how bad your gyno is. I know guys who dose for a week and they are good and no issues and guys who needs WEEKS and get jacked.

No I haven't taken it but the reports are "discombobled" lol I've had to get it for a few guys have another about to start it. Never has failed anyone I know.

The injury he is referring to is most likely from dry joints ans unfortunately... keeping our joints (or any collagen based connectors ie tendons) hydrated is one "good" thing about estro... though I do think letro itself dries things out a little more then necessary. Besides feeling "out of it" ralox GENERALLY reports no side effects (unlike letro) and is much more effective then tamoxifen... Just based off what I've read and seen I would do ralox over letro anyday.

I've had it a few times, the Abombs do it to me every time. I can't even look at em without my nips itching. I've used Letrozole, but like others have said it may hit you like a fastball right in your earhole. I only had to do a week, 1.25mg before bed 2 days then down to 0.5mg for the remaining time, then on to nolvadex 40mg til all was well. But, you may have to go longer, since it's been a month. If nothing else get nolvadex, and then you should be able to continue the Sus, and not get crippled up by the Letrozole. Or switch to something that won't convert to high levels of Estrogen, add nolvadex and see how they respond. I think you've got options, no need to start shopping for Bra's just yet!
