Hair Replacement?

Since many bros on here are concerned with furthering their hair loss with using gear, I was wondering how many of you have considered hair transplants, or have done it.

Yeah, but some of us aren't cute enough to be bald. I would get a hair transplant if I needed it. Thankfully I'm not there yet.

Losing a head of hair completely alters the way a person looks. Their entire face changes in appearance. I don't believe that I am that vain of a person but I will do whatever I need to have a nice head of hair, whether it be surgery or a hair system. I have always felt very strong about this for some reason. Indeed. My confidence rests wholeheartedly on my scalp's state of health...LOL.

Shaved here and love it. Can relate to the whole issue on make s person look different with or without hair. Guess have to blame the media on that one becasue the portray a full head of hair as sexy, Young and Ready to pounch.

i have lots of hair which hides my getting bald but no one can tell. when the top is completely gone i'll go with the bald look and have professional hair removal where hair is left. the bad thing about a hair transplant is that's just what it looks like. it fools no one. bald is cool too.

I agree with you in that a hair transplant is bad if you can tell a personhas had one; but the "good" ones are on the people who you cannot tell has had one done. "Good" transplants go undetected. Believe me, technology has come a long way, on all fronts, especially cosmetic.

since hair weaves, wigs and other hair styles are common in the african american community we can always tell. fact is synthetic hair has no body. it's just there. i can always tell.
