I didn't drink at all on New Year's Eve and had a few glasses of wine New Year's Day and then a few beers on Sat. watching football and I ate a bunch of junk food all day. I woke up on Sunday and felt like shit and skipped my workout. Got on the scale on Monday morning and I was back up 6lbs. after being only 5lbs. away from my goal.... Now I need to drop 11lbs. in 20 days in order to make my goal. I'm thinking that 3 or 4lbs was probably water weight and the negative effects of the drinking and I'll get on the scale tomorrow and be closer to my goal already.
