I've used it. I think its one of the reasons why my shoulders have made a ton of progress in the last year. Im planning on using it again. Specially in the calves since they are really lagging behind.

One note. You have to have a lot of time to do the injections. Just think, at the end of the 3 weeks, your injecting 3mls into each head, so if your doing delts, your doing 6 injections. Plus, your also on gear, and if you mixing stuff... lets just say you feel like a pin coushin by the time its over.

It worked quite well. Even though I only did half of the protocol, it brought my arms up more than an inch. I didn't want to go too far or else I would have looked really out of proportion.

That's the most painful area to do it, but it can be done. There's a guy doing it on his calves over at PM now. He started at 16 in., and I think he is over 17 in. now. There's a progress log with pics, too.

Has that guy checked in recently. I posted a few times in that post by morphius, but have not seen it recently. I do not have pain with any injections, but when I rub IGF on my calves, it hurts. It is right at the skin that is the most pain. Did you follow Big A's protocol. I have small calves and just do not know if that much oil could go in my calves.

I followed the protocol, only in half though because I didn't want to go too big too soon.

wow, i thought every one on the boards was fervently against synthol...guess not, so, anyone here think/try sterilized filtered MCT oil in place of synthol?
