INGREDIENTS: Caprillic Acid, Capric Acid, Caproic Acid, Lauric Acid,
Silica, Benzyl Alcohol

i wouldnt mind doing a log on it next time. Would like to keep it up for like a year. My calves would be a good test. easy to measure.

HWS, yes, MCTs are the main ingredient in synthol. There is a difference between synthol and syntherol--we're talking about two different products. Normal listed the ingredients of syntherol.

I haven't been able to find a definitive list of ingredients for synthol yet. I'll keep looking. I do know that synthol is a thicker oil so it is harder to use. Syntherol is a breeze compared to synthol.

so the only difference is BA and silica??? (the rest are the fatty acids that comprise MCTs :))
and i've heard that silica is not necessary and that it and cause permanent damage you muscle tissue, anyone heard that before?

I dont know. Holy crap!!- no special sauce???
and you paid $130 for 100mL???? i think i jug of MTC gold is only like $15

As I said earlier, syntherol is thinner than regular synthol so it is easier to use. If those ingredients are all MCTs, then, I'm not sure exactly what is different. You might want to talk to BigA since syntherol is his product.

Perhaps I should get sterile mct in the future. I´m currently using syntherol in my biceps. Whats up with that silica-damage thing??! Can anyone explain?

I haven't heard anything about silica. It is an inert substance, but it can cause lung damage over time if a fine powder of it gets inhaled since it doesn't dissolve--usually a problem for sandblasters, glass blowers, and other jobs that handle sand or silicon. I can see how perhaps damage to muscles could result over long-time use. What are the ingredients of synthol? The Chris Clark, the creator of synthol, was interviewed by Dave Palumbo, and he wouldn't say what was in it. I have been unable to find a list of what it contains anywhere. Maybe someone else has better luck than me.

from my understanding, MCTs are very slow to be absorbed by your muscles so they just sit there and contribute volume untill they can be fully absorbed into the body, the BA is obviously for anti-microbial effect, but i've nevr gotten a definitive answer on the silica, then again i've never researched it in depth

i thought one of these (synthol I believe) had lidocaine in it.
i think i remember the original did, but lidocain is short lived if i'm not mistaken so it would kinda be pointless, right?

well, I dont know about pointless. Obviously to kill pain, but is it not painful anymore? I used to hear it was painful. The 2-3cc's ED in the same spot doesnt help either.
