i actually wanna stop my diet and start bulking now..fuck it...get a head start on the winter and be in shape for spring when i diet..so who knows..

lol im a "measly" 210 in that pic
i need to get back to pre injury weight..id like to be 225 next summer just as lean.

when i bulk up i dont stay "bulked" forver..just until spring time.
